Basically, our refund policy is simple - if you are really not happy with PretzelBox, you can have your money back.

In general, we don't prorate any payments while issuing refunds. 

That said, if you were billed for a cycle but intended to cancel your subscription, please contact support@pretzelbox.cc and we will work with you to make sure you get the refund you deserve.
