Bridging the Divide Between WhatsApp and Email

We recently sent out a Small Business Tools Survey. In this post, I want to focus on two insights from that survey.

First, the insights.

Insights
  • Most respondents use both email and WhatsApp to run their business. Just 20% of the respondents use SMS
  • Vendors and customers needing frequent follow ups was also a common complaint

For certain types of firms, like financial accounting and audit firms, a missed email could lead to thousands in fines and lost goodwill.

Interestingly, the second issue affected both large and small firms.

Since your customers and vendors are on the go and prefer WhatsApp, wouldn't it be great if you could share an email on WhatsApp?

This is what PretzelBox Bridge does - it makes your emails shareable.

How it works...

Notice the Share button in the screenshot below?

When you click on the Share button, the email pops out into a new browser window. Now, you can copy the URL and send it to your customer or vendor by WhatsApp for quick review.

Here is a 2:30 long YouTube video showing this feature in action.
